Where the New York Times reported on May 26 about the popularity of the online community for college/university students Facebook.com iniators of the university of Groningen in the Netherlands launched on May 27 the first interactive webtv-network for students.

This community project took an investment of 350.000 euro, Aaron confided in this interview.

I-See WebTV is the first internet-television broadcast station in the Netherlands. The station will broadcast two programmes a day.
