I've removed the picture (I didn't check it was on your server instead of ourmedia, etc.).

My suggest: use flickr or similar service to save bandwidth.

Also your linking policy >>> How about this - I promise never to write about you again?

I didn't mean it like. Sorry I sounded angry. We've just had trouble with hyperlinked photos lately and our provider getting on us about it. I did not mean to sound like a jerk. Still, thanks for the link:)
